Job description

We're looking for a skilled hiring manager to oversee the recruitment process for our engineering team.

Key Responsibilities :

Manage the full hiring lifecycle, from sourcing to onboarding
Develop and implement effective strategies to attract top technical talent

About You :

At least 3-5 years of experience in technical recruiting or a related field

Proven track record of success in identifying and hiring high-quality engineers

Able to leverage AI and data analytics to inform hiring decisions

Familiarity with software development principles and best practices
