Job Title : CNC Sales Engineer
Key Accountabilities & Responsibilities :
- Responsible for maintaining and enhancing the market share of CNC products within the assigned zone.
- Develop and strengthen customer relationships and drive business development with existing and potential clients.
- Prepare Bills of Materials (BOMs) accurately and ensure correct technical specifications.
- Plan and conduct regular visits to Machine Tool Builders (MTBs), retrofit partners, and end users.
- Increase product market share through close engagement with MTBs.
- Maintain excellent business relationships with end users and key decision-makers.
- Ensure timely collection of receivables, C-Forms, and TDS certificates within stipulated timelines.
- Gather, analyze, and report competitor and market intelligence to support business strategy.
- Promote product awareness through exhibitions, seminars, roadshows , and other marketing initiatives.
- Ensure timely preparation and submission of all sales-related MIS reports .
- Coordinate with the application and technical teams to deliver complete solutions to customers.
Profile Expectations :
Qualification : B.E. / B.Tech in Electrical, Electronics, or Mechatronics Engineering.Experience : 3 to 6 years of total experience, including at least 1–2 years in technical or engineering sales within the automotive or industrial engineering sectors.Good understanding of commercial sales processes and requirements .Proficiency in MS Office and basic familiarity with CRM or ERP systems.Strong organizational, analytical, and interpersonal skills with excellent report-writing ability.Proven capability to manage multiple priorities and deliver within deadlines.Willingness and enthusiasm to travel extensively and engage with innovative professionals in the engineering industry.
