We are seeking an experienced SAP ABAP HR Consultant with strong expertise in HR and Payroll modules. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in ABAP development, debugging, and problem-solving, along with hands-on experience in SAP HANA and BTP frameworks.Key

Responsibilities

Design, develop, and maintain applications within SAP ABAP - HR module.
Work on ABAP technologies including Enhancement Framework, BADIs, Interactive Reporting, and OOPS concepts.
Develop global classes, methods, and technical solutions based on client requirements.
Collaborate with functional teams for HR and Payroll domain requirements.
Develop and optimize programs using Object-Oriented ABAP, interface programming, and reports.
Troubleshoot and debug complex technical issues, ensuring timely resolution.
Prepare and validate technical specifications and documentation.
Ensure adherence to best practices in coding, performance tuning, and SAP standards.
Independently manage critical and complex situations in projects.

Required Skills & Experience

6-8 years of experience in SAP ABAP development, with strong focus on HR and Payroll modules.

Strong hands-on experience with ABAP (Enhancement Framework, BADIs, Interactive Reporting, OOPS).

Experience in SAP HANA and BTP framework.

Strong expertise in Object-Oriented ABAP, interface programming, and reports.

Proven ability to design and implement global classes and methods.

Excellent debugging, analytical, and problem-solving skills.

Strong communication skills (verbal and written).
