Job description

Roles & Responsibilities :

P&L and Strategic Execution

Maintain the Profit and Loss statement and Balance Sheet for the branch
Execute branch strategy in alignment with the overall Branch Banking goals of the bank
Ensure sustained revenue generation through cross-sell of Third Party Products (TPP), Retail Assets (RA), and Business Banking (BB) products
Drive CASA mobilization through focused efforts in branch catchment

Customer Service & Experience

Ensure efficient complaint management within defined TATs

Drive consistently high service scores and standards

Conduct customer engagement initiatives and marketing events

Oversee CRM implementation and utilization across Sales, Relationship, and BSD teams

Operations, Controls & Compliance

Ensure branch and ATM upkeep and escalate issues as required

Coordinate with fraud risk teams to ensure efficient fraud management

Ensure full compliance with all bank policies, regulatory guidelines, and audit requirements

Ensure timely MIS reporting and adherence to internal control systems

Guarantee safety and security of branch assets and customer deposits

Performance Management

Track and monitor branch productivity and book movement on a daily basis

Collaborate with HCM Business Partner for performance evaluations and training needs assessment

Manage attrition through role clarity and employee engagement initiatives

People Management & Development

Monitor achievement of performance indicators for direct reports

Implement performance management processes effectively

Support employee development through coaching, feedback, and identifying growth opportunities

Risk & Internal Control

Follow internal risk policies to mitigate operational, regulatory, and reputational risks

Execute internal controls in line with department standards and ensure audit readiness
