Sr. Executive – Talent Acquisition

Location : Mumbai

CTC : Up to ₹7.5 LPA

Experience : Minimum 2 years in recruitment (must-have)

About the Role

We’re looking for a passionate Sr. Executive – Talent Acquisition to join our fast-scaling startup. In this role, you’ll be the driving force behind building high-performing teams while also supporting broader HR initiatives. What You’ll Do

Talent Acquisition (70%)

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment across functions — from sourcing and screening to offer rollouts
  • Partner closely with hiring managers to understand role requirements and craft effective hiring strategies
  • Maintain candidate pipelines and ensure a smooth interview experience
  • Build strong talent networks through job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, and creative outreach
  • Drive employer branding initiatives in collaboration with the HR team

HR Generalist (30%)

  • Support onboarding, documentation, and HRIS updates
  • Assist in employee engagement and communication initiatives
  • Contribute to HR operations and compliance where needed
  • What We’re Looking For

  • Education : Degree or specialization in Human Resources (preferred)
  • Experience : At least 2 years of hands-on recruitment experience — ideally in a fast-paced or startup environment
  • Languages : Fluent in English and Hindi
  • Strong communication, coordination, and people skills
  • Proactive, organized, and eager to take ownership of growing responsibilities
