Job Description

As a strategic partner to enterprise leadership, you will guide the design and optimization of Global Capability Centres. This role blends strategic consulting, transformation advisory, and stakeholder engagement.

You will advise CXOs on GCC setup and scaling models, design operating frameworks for multi-functional GCCs, lead capability assessments and benchmarking evaluations, and facilitate cross-border teaming agreements and governance structures.
