We are seeking a highly accomplished Financial Controller with UK client facing experience to lead the Group’s financial strategy and operations. This pivotal role will shape the long-term financial direction of the organisation, ensuring stability, compliance, and sustainable growth. You will oversee all aspects of financial planning, management, and reporting, while acting as a trusted advisor to the Board and senior leadership.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement financial strategies aligned with the Group’s business objectives
- Oversee all financial operations including payroll, bookkeeping, forecasting, and reporting and
ensure effective budgetary control, cash flow management, and cost optimisation.
Safeguard the organisation through proactive risk identification and mitigation.Ensure compliance with UK financial regulations, as well as healthcare-specific requirements (GDC, NHS, CQC).Ensure the financial health and resilience of the organisation through robust planning, analysis, and risk management.Lead, mentor, and develop the Finance team to deliver operational excellence.Foster strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including investors, auditors, and regulators.Occational travel to the UK may be required.Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related fieldCA / ACCA / CMA / CPA qualified8–15+ years of progressive accounting / finance experience.Knowledge of GDC, NHS, and CQC frameworks and UK fincance (preferred)Strong knowledge and extensive experience in UK dentistry (essential)
