Job description

Online Presence :

  • Assist in managing and updating community social media pages.
  • Contribute to editing blog posts for the website and follow up with parents.
  • Respond to Instagram and WhatsApp customer queries.
  • Post content on Dabble’s Instagram Community page.
  • Manage and solicit reviews across channels.

Collaborations :

  • Identify, qualify, and execute collaborations with brands, influencers, and stores.

    • Assistance in Marketing Initiatives :

  • Create opportunities to run workshops and pop-ups.
  • Manage bulk orders and closures, including raising invoices.
  • Connect with customers with service issues and resolve their issues to ensure customer retention
  • Work with leads and events to generate new sales opportunities.

    • Community Engagement :

  • Manage and moderate community groups, encouraging positive interactions and coming up with
