Job Description : Seeking a skilled Instrumentation Engineer with profound LabVIEW expertise for Skyroot Aerospace's on-board Avionics module development and testing. This individual contributor role requires designing, implementing, and testing Avionics modules for launch vehicles. Join us in shaping the future of aerospace technology!
Skills / Requirements : Bachelors / Masters in Electronics Engineering or equivalent (ECE / EEE / EIE / Mechatronics) with 1- 4 years of relevant work experience.
Instrumentation & Controls Knowledge :
- Good understanding of circuit theory & instrumentation concepts including Kirchoff's laws, RLC circuits, OpAmps, ADCs, sources of noise, EMI / EMC best practices etc.
- Basic understanding of signal processing concepts including : Nyquist sampling theorem, Frequency domain analysis, Digital filtering techniques
- Good understanding of Control theory including, LTI systems, transfer functions, Negative feedback, PID control, impulse response, step response etc. LabVIEW
Expertise :
Equivalent to or greater than 1 year of professional LabVIEW based developmentAbility to wholly develop a moderate scale LabVIEW project ( : 20-50 SubVIs) on your ownGood understanding of LabVIEW's data flow paradigm of programmingStrong inclination towards architecture-centric thinking, scalability, readabilityPrior experience with Serial port programming, TCP / IP programming desirable.Prior experience of Data Acquisition & Instrument Control (programmatic control of Oscilloscopes, SpecAn, FGen, etc.) highly desirablePrior experience with NI Compact RIO platform desirableCLD certification desirableSoft skills :
