Role Description

This is a remote contract role for a Senior Sales Consultant. The Senior Sales Consultant will be responsible for day-to-day sales activities, including consulting with clients, ensuring customer satisfaction, and providing excellent customer service. The role will also involve providing consulting services to clients in order to help us optimize our sales processes.

Qualifications

• Sales Consulting, Consulting, and Communication skills
• Customer Satisfaction and Customer Service skills
• Experience in sales or consulting roles
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and remotely
• Experience in the fintech industry is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in business management or administration, marketing, communications, or related field is preferred.
• Certified Sales Professional (CSP) accreditation is advantageous.
• Proven sales management experience.
• Proficiency in all Microsoft Office applications as well as Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software.
• Strong negotiation and consultative sales skills.
