Role Demands : Excellent knowledge of CX across new age clients, excellent communication skills with collaborative ways of working. Primarily self-starter and deeply motivated and passionate to bring in new business to the Consumer DU at BPS. Find ways to make complicated tasks easy and innovate to bring in efficiencies in workflows and processes. Ability to visualize and articulate solutions in a manner that makes sense to target audience and customers and helps us win deals.
Roles and Responsibilities :
Create compelling Solutions / proposals - both proactive and response to RFI,RFP and RFQ
Build account plans identifying opportunities in CX in new age target accounts
Excellent understanding of AI, Agentic AI, Chat bots and other transformation solutions in CX space for new age clients
Understand client needs and connect with industry trends to create best-in-class solutions
Build solutions with limited client information, ability to handle ambiguity and provide clarity to extended teams
Create and lead client presentations
Currently an Individual contributor role, requires rolling up sleeves and driving CX bids end to end, with extended teams
Primary & Secondary research on competition landscape, clients and identify whitespaces
Manage internal and external stakeholders
Responsible for internal and external marketing and brand creation for New Age CX
Responsible for deal conversion
Overall 15+ years of working experience
Mandatory - 3+ years of experience in working with multiple new age customers in CX
