Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Fresher BCOM BBA (Analyst Role) located in Bengaluru, with some work-from-home flexibility. The Analyst will be responsible for data analysis, financial reporting, market research, and assisting senior consultants with various client projects. Daily tasks include gathering data, preparing reports, conducting analysis, and providing insights to inform strategic decision-making.

Qualifications

• Data Analysis and Financial Reporting skills
• Market Research and Strategic Insights skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other data analysis tools
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work independently and in a hybrid work environment
• Bachelor's degree in Commerce (BCOM) or Business Administration (BBA)
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Familiarity with consulting practices and client management is a plus
