Job descriptionBachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture.(Freshers also welcome) Proficiency in design and modeling software (AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, etc.). Strong visualization and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication and project management abilities. Knowledge of building codes, structural principles, and sustainable design practices.
Key Responsibilities :
- Meet with clients to understand project objectives, budget, and requirements.
- Develop concept designs, sketches, and detailed architectural plans using CAD or BIM software.
- Prepare and present proposals, 3D renderings, models, or visualizations.
- Ensure designs comply with safety regulations, zoning laws, and building codes.
- Collaborate with structural, mechanical, and electrical engineers to integrate systems into building plans.
- Oversee and guide construction teams, addressing on-site design or technical issues.
- Manage project timelines, cost estimates, and material specifications.
- Conduct site visits and inspections to monitor progress and quality.
- Update plans and documentation as needed through project lifecycle.
- Stay informed on emerging architectural trends, materials, and sustainability practices.
