Company Descriptionthe EleFant is India’s first mobile app-based toy library , redefining how families access play and learning.We combine technology and sustainability to deliver curated toys and books that support every child’s developmental journey — making play smarter, affordable, and clutter-free.We’re on a mission to build a platform that powers curiosity — both for children, and for the people building EleFant.Role DescriptionWe’re looking for a Full Stack Tech Lead who’s not just an engineer — but a tech geek at heart , obsessed with building, experimenting, and staying ahead of the curve.This is a full-time, on-site role based in Ahmedabad . You’ll lead a small, fast-moving team to architect and deliver scalable, high-performing systems across our app, backend, and internal tools. You’ll be hands-on, deeply technical, and constantly exploring new frameworks, AI tools, and emerging technologies that can help EleFant move faster and smarter.Key ResponsibilitiesLead and mentor a full-stack development team to build reliable, user-centric systems.Architect, design, and deploy scalable solutions across front-end and back-end.Stay updated on the latest tech trends (AI, automation, cloud infra, APIs, analytics, etc.) and implement tools that enhance performance and user experience.Collaborate with product, design, and operations teams to turn ideas into production-ready features.Review code, establish best practices, and ensure top-notch performance, security, and maintainability.Drive experimentation — test, iterate, and constantly look for smarter tech-driven solutions.QualificationsDeep hands-on proficiency with JavaScript, HTML, CSS , and at least one modern framework ( React, Next.js, or similar ).Solid experience with Node.js, Python, or Java for back-end systems.Experience working with SQL and NoSQL databases.Strong understanding of DevOps, APIs, and cloud infrastructure (AWS / GCP preferred).Passionate about new tech — from AI tools to emerging frameworks — and able to identify how they can be integrated into real-world solutions.Experience with Git, CI / CD pipelines , and agile workflows.Excellent leadership, problem-solving, and collaboration skills.Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.Prior experience in a tech leadership or startup environment is a strong plus.You'll love the role if you : Live and breathe technology — you’re the one who’s already tried the latest frameworks before others have heard of them.Enjoy building products end-to-end, not just managing code.Thrive in fast-paced, startup environments where innovation >
