• QE Automation Analyst

Responsibility of / Expectations from the Role

1 Partner with Development, DevOps, Product teams for testing process and features while working in sprints

2 Fast learner, clear communication and executing the work assigned is critical

3 Participate in discussions with the project team to analyze the functional and nonfunctional requirements of the solutions in Agile methodology

4 Perform automated testing and log detailed defects in Rally

5 Support Team lead in Test Planning and test analysis

6 Design and develop test approaches, test strategies, and test plans to ensure testing is right sized and risk-based testing principles are applied

7 Work closely with development and business partners during design and grooming sessions

8 Ability to manage multiple tasks and adapt to changing priorities

9 Excellent problem-solving and analytical abilities.

10 Strong communication and teamwork skills.

11 Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work.
