We are seeking a skilled Civil Site Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in managing construction projects, ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards, and coordinating with various stakeholders to deliver projects on time and within budget.

Responsibilities

Plan and oversee construction projects from conception to completion.
Conduct site inspections and ensure compliance with project specifications and safety standards.
Coordinate with architects, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure project alignment.
Prepare and submit project reports, including progress updates and budgets.
Manage and supervise site workers and subcontractors to ensure timely completion of tasks.
Resolve any onsite issues promptly and efficiently, ensuring minimal disruption to the project timeline.

Skills and Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.

4-10 years of experience in civil engineering or construction management.

Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and legal regulations in India.

Proficient in using engineering software such as AutoCAD, Civil 3D, and Microsoft Project.

Excellent project management and organizational skills.

Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

Effective communication and teamwork skills.

Education

12th Class (XII), Bachelor Of Technology (B.Tech / B.E)
