TECHNICAL

• Applies standard engineering work planning, scheduling, and cost estimating
• Understands standard contract requirements and scope as they relate to discipline work
• Knows technical issues related to discipline and how to discuss with third parties (customer, suppliers, and regulators)
• Knows how to coordinate technical issues within discipline, with other disciplines, and with engineering staff
• Understands roles played by other departments on projects
• Familiar with methods of procurement, including bid and evaluation process
• Knows electrical equipment and material
• Knowledgeable in the overall work requirements outside of the discipline.
• Experienced with leading a group of engineers and / or designers within the discipline
• In-depth knowledge of specific standards relevant to discipline
• Understands industry Norms and procedures
• Capable of analyzing and understanding Client's requirements and standards.
• Ability to revise existing standards
• Ability to take a leading role and deliver quality results.
• As a person, you are communicative, collaborative, and not afraid to take on difficult conversations.
