Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an Executive Assistant to the Executive Director, located in Kolkata. The individual will be responsible for managing administrative tasks, preparing and handling expense reports, providing executive support, and ensuring smooth communication and coordination. The role requires managing schedules, arranging meetings, maintaining records, and assisting with various organizational functions.
Qualifications
Proficiency in Executive Administrative Assistance and Administrative Assistance
Experience with preparing and managing Expense Reports
Strong skills in Executive Support and organizational tasks
Excellent Communication skills, both written and oral
Attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively
Proficiency with office software and tools such as Microsoft Office Suite
Previous experience in a similar role is preferred
Bachelor's degree in English Honours, Business Administration, Management, or a related field
