Shift : Night (US Time Zone)

Experience Required : Around 2 Years

We’re looking for a highly motivated and energetic Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join our dynamic sales team. This is a great opportunity for someone who is passionate about outbound prospecting, engaging with clients, and contributing directly to the growth of the organization.

Requirements

Key Responsibilities :

  • Conduct outbound prospecting via cold calls, emails, and social outreach.
  • Generate qualified leads and schedule meetings for the sales team.
  • Understand customer needs and effectively communicate our product offerings.
  • Maintain accurate records of activities in the CRM system.
  • Collaborate with the inside sales and marketing teams to improve the lead generation process.

Skills & Qualifications :

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in Sales / Business Development roles.
  • Prior experience working with US sales processes is a must.
  • Proven expertise in cold calling and outbound prospecting.
  • Experience in working with the E-commerce and Food and beverages industry will help.
  • Strong product explanation and delivery capabilities.
  • Background in inside sales is essential.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Experience in IT Software Sales / SaaS Sales is a strong advantage.
