Job Description

As a Software Engineer your main functions / tasks will be :

• Liaise with customers to understand requirements, assess feasibility, and relay requirements to the R&D team.
• Conduct joint system debugging with customers and perform standalone equipment system debugging until project delivery.
• Provide the software operating manual to the on-site service engineers, while also considering and addressing any new requirements.
• Identify and mitigate project risks such as delays or scope changes, develop countermeasures, and report key issues to leadership in a timely manner.
• Maintain proactive client communication with regular progress updates, address operational issues promptly to enhance satisfaction, and conduct project retrospectives to refine delivery methodologies.
