As an Associate in the APAC Transfer Agency Oversight team, you provide governance and oversight for key transfer agency vendors in Hong Kong. You collaborate with internal and external partners to ensure seamless operations and regulatory compliance. You drive process improvements and support business growth through hands-on engagement and technical expertise.
Job Responsibilities
- Provide oversight on outsourced Transfer Agent services and regulatory reporting.
- Collaborate with Operations, Legal, Compliance, Risk, and Controls teams.
- Support Share Class setup for timely execution of deliverables.
- Manage and resolve issues, escalating when necessary.
- Liaise with Transfer Agents to ensure successful delivery of initiatives.
- Engage in proactive relationship management with stakeholders.
- Influence and drive change based on business and client requirements.
- Learn and apply automation tools to enhance efficiency.
- Assist in root cause analysis to improve client experience.
- Adhere to governance frameworks and update policies for compliance.
- Review operational processes to identify enhancements and escalate risks.
