Location : Hyderabad (On-site)

Experience : 3 – 5 Years

Employment Type : Full-time (Night Shift – US Hours)

Shift Timings

  • Night Shift : Aligning with US EST / CST / PST time zones.

Salary - DOE (Depends on Experience)

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced US IT Bench Sales Recruiter with a strong background in marketing and placing IT consultants on various client requirements across the US market. The ideal candidate will have excellent relationship-building skills, a proven track record in bench sales, and the ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Market available bench consultants (H1B, H1B Transfer, OPT, CPT, GC, and US Citizens) to direct clients and Tier-1 vendors.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with vendors, clients, and account managers to generate consistent requirements.
  • Actively source new requirements using job boards (Dice, Monster, CareerBuilder, Indeed, etc.), LinkedIn, and networking.
  • Negotiate optimal rates with clients / vendors while ensuring competitive margins.
  • Coordinate interviews, follow up with clients, and assist in closing positions.
  • Maintain regular communication with consultants to ensure smooth onboarding and project transitions.
  • Track and report daily / weekly activities, including submissions, interviews, and closures.

    • Required Skills & Qualifications

  • 3–5 years of proven experience in US IT Bench Sales Recruitment .
  • Strong understanding of US hiring processes , visa types, and tax terms (C2C, W2, 1099).
  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and achieve sales targets.
  • Proficiency with US job boards, social media platforms, and professional networking sites.
  • Must be comfortable working in night shifts (US business hours) .
