Role Summary :
We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Project Manager & Sprint Coach to lead cross-functional teams in the planning, execution, and delivery of high-impact projects. This hybrid role is ideal for someone with strong project management skills and a deep understanding of Agile / Scrum methodologies. You will be responsible for ensuring timely delivery, maintaining sprint discipline, and coaching teams to continuously improve velocity and Responsibilities Management :
- Define project scope, objectives, milestones, timelines, and deliverables.
- Prepare and maintain detailed project plans, schedules, resource allocations, and budgets.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams (Product, Design, Development, QA, etc.).
- Identify project risks and develop mitigation strategies.
- Communicate effectively with stakeholders and leadership on project status, risks, and dependencies.
- Ensure adherence to quality standards and compliance Coaching / Agile Facilitation :
- Serve as Scrum Master or Agile Coach across one or more teams.
- Facilitate agile ceremonies (Daily Standups, Sprint Planning, Reviews, Retrospectives).
- Monitor and improve sprint velocity, team efficiency, and delivery quality.
- Guide teams on Agile best practices and help remove roadblocks.
- Promote continuous improvement culture and implement feedback loops.
- Coach junior team members and other stakeholders on Agile principles and Qualifications :
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or related field.
- 5+ years of experience in project management in a tech or SaaS environment.
- Proven experience in Agile / Scrum / Kanban methodologies.
- Strong experience with tools like Jira, Trello, ClickUp, Confluence, or similar.
- Certified Scrum Master (CSM), PMI-ACP, PMP, or equivalent certification Skills :
