As a General Operations Intern, you’ll work closely with the founders and senior team to ensure smooth day-to-day operations that drive Lingopanda’s growth and efficiency. This is a hands-on role where you’ll get to learn how different parts of a fast-scaling startup come together.

What We’re Looking For :

Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
Proficiency in Google Sheets & Google Docs
Attention to detail and ability to work independently
Quick learner, adaptable in a dynamic startup environment
At least a 6-month commitment, extendable upon mutual agreement

Your Day-to-Day Responsibilities Will Include :

Managing daily operational activities to ensure smooth functioning across teams

Assisting the Founders and Chief of Staff with key operational initiatives

Using Google Sheets / Excel for data tracking, reporting, and analysis

Supporting different teams in project execution, as and when required

Identifying process improvements and optimizing workflows to enhance efficiency

Compensation : ₹10,000–15,000 per month, based on relevant experience
