We are urgently looking for English Learning Content Designer- Education Industry, Noida

Experience- 3+yrs

Working days- 5days ( Hybrid)

Job Description-

Conceptualize and co-design English storybooks, games, and interactive

lessons that promote learning by doing.

Set the pedagogical direction, visual style, and content tone for key content

formats.

Provide feedback and hands-on support to designers to improve story flow,

conceptual accuracy, and learning clarity.

Develop storyboards and content flows that blend strong English pedagogy

with creative storytelling.

Ensure all content is aligned to curriculum goals, age-appropriate, and rooted

in how children actually learn especially in diverse classroom settings.

Use instructional design principles to craft engaging and effective learning

materials.

Work closely with designers and developers to integrate storyboards

smoothly into the learning experience.

Review, Refine, and Sign Off on Quality

Conduct in-depth reviews of all content before final sign-off ensuring

accuracy, cohesion, curriculum alignment, and engagement.

Establish and maintain quality benchmarks across learning formats.

Share structured feedback with writers, illustrators, and developers to

strengthen narrative, design, and pedagogy.

Uphold high content standards across all formats, ensuring every experience

is effective, inclusive, and joyful.

Innovation and Experimentation :

Keep yourself updated on new trends and tools in education and learning

design.

Look for ways to bring fresh and creative learning ideas into our work.

Try out new approaches, collect feedback from users, and use it to make

learning better.

Manage Pipelines & Operations

Plan and manage the content development pipeline across formats (stories,

games, interactions and design).

Coordinate timelines, dependencies, and file flows between learning

designers, illustrators, voice artists, and developers.

Ensure the team meets delivery milestones without compromising quality.

Cross-Team Collaboration & Creative Direction

Work closely with the design team and developers to bring learning

experiences to life.

Translate pedagogical intent into clear creative briefs and feedback cycles.

Align visual storytelling and interactivity with classroom context and learning

goals.

Learn from the Learner & Mentor the Team

Conduct user research and feedback sessions with children and teachers.

Use real classroom insights to improve design from pacing and language to

interactions and flow.

Keep asking : Will this help a child understand and enjoy English?

Mentor junior learning experience designers, nurture a culture of feedback,

and support their growth across pedagogy, storytelling, and instructional

design.
