Job description3+ years of experience in influencer marketing, creator partnerships, or digital alliances (agency experience preferred). Strong understanding of the influencer ecosystem, trends, platforms, and content formats. Proven ability to manage clients, creators, and campaigns end-to-end. Excellent communication, negotiation, and coordination skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced, creative agency environment.
Job Responsibilities :
- Set up the Influencer & Alliances practice by defining the approach, commercial structure, and outreach plan.
- Lead influencer collaborations, bring in production-led projects, and support key initiatives in partnership with the Production Head.
