Tasks

As a Conversation Designer, you will be responsible for designing engaging and effective conversational flows that deliver exceptional user experiences for voice and text-based AI systems. You will collaborate closely with product managers, developers, and AI engineers to ensure seamless and natural interactions between users and our AI platforms.

Key Responsibilities :

• Design Conversational Flows : Create intuitive, engaging, and user-friendly conversation scripts for chatbots, virtual assistants, and other AI-driven interfaces.
• User-Centric Design : Focus on understanding user needs and behaviors to craft conversations that are natural, empathetic, and aligned with business goals.
• Collaborate with Cross-Functional Teams : Work closely with developers, product managers, and data scientists to ensure the implementation of conversation designs is technically feasible and aligns with project requirements.
• Prototype and Test : Build conversation prototypes, conduct usability testing, and iterate on designs based on user feedback and analytics.
• Maintain Consistency : Ensure consistency in tone, language, and brand voice across different channels and touchpoints.
• Improve AI Performance : Analyze and optimize conversation flows based on data and user feedback to improve engagement and performance of the AI system.Documentation : Document conversation designs, flows, and user journeys for team collaboration and future reference.
