About the Role We are hiring an Accounts Executive to manage day-to-day accounting operations, financial reporting, billing, and compliance activities. The ideal candidate must have strong knowledge of accounting principles, GST, and bookkeeping practices to ensure accurate financial management within the organization.
Key Responsibilities Financial Operations Manage daily accounting tasks including Accounts Payable & Accounts Receivable
Prepare and verify invoices, bills, receipts, and payment entries
Handle GST calculation, filing preparation, and reconciliation
Process payroll, employee reimbursements, and vendor payments
Maintain proper documentation and accurate financial records in accounting software
Reporting & Reconciliation Prepare monthly financial statements, MIS reports, and ledgers
Perform bank reconciliation and vendor account reconciliation
Support internal audits and ensure error-free financial data
Compliance & Coordination Ensure compliance with company accounting policies and statutory regulations
Coordinate with finance, operations, and vendors for payment-related queries
Assist management with budgeting, cost tracking, and financial decision support
Requirements Minimum Qualification : B.Com / BBA / M.Com / Finance related degree
Minimum 2 years of experience in accounting role
Good understanding of GST, TDS, and accounting standards
Proficiency in accounting software (Tally / Zoho / ERP), and MS Excel
Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data handling
Good communication and documentation skills
Ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines
