Job descriptionOwn website performance metrics, including Core Web Vitals, speed, and SEO health. Implement and maintain technical SEO, including schema markup, structured data, redirects, and AEO (Answer Engine Optimization). Set up, test, and optimize tracking and analytics integrations using Google Analytics, Search Console, and tag management tools. Manage integrations with HubSpot CRM, forms, and lead tracking systems. Configure and monitor marketing automation workflows using tools such as Zapier, Make (Integromat), or similar. Ensure accurate lead flow between website forms and CRM, maintaining clean and validated data. Integrate with ad platforms, analytics SDKs, and third-party tools to support campaign measurement. Collaborate closely with UI / UX designers, marketing, and ops teams to align visual design and technical implementation. Provide feedback on usability, interactivity, and visual consistency to enhance user experience. Maintain consistency with brand guidelines, and ensure proper implementation of design tokens, typography, and color systems. Proactively identify areas of improvement in UX, SEO, performance, and conversion optimization. Stay updated with Webflow updates, no-code trends, and AI-assisted tools (e.g. , ChatGPT, Perplexity, Copilot) to enhance productivity. Experiment with new approaches, technologies, and tools to continuously enhance website functionality and marketing impact. Core Expertise : 2 to 3 years of hands-on experience with Webflow (CMS, animations, component libraries, custom code embeds). Frontend Skills : Strong knowledge of HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript for advanced interactions and customization. Design Systems : Familiarity with Figma; ability to translate Figma designs into pixel-perfect Webflow components. Technical SEO : Solid understanding of schema markup, metadata optimization, sitemaps, indexing, and site speed enhancement. Analytics & CRM Tools : Experience with Google Analytics, Search Console, HubSpot, LinkedIn Ads integrations, and reCAPTCHA setup. Automation Tools : Knowledge of Zapier, Make, or other workflow automation tools. AI & Productivity Tools : Comfort using AI-based assistants for documentation, troubleshooting, and performance optimization. Strong ownership mindset with the ability to manage projects end-to-end. Excellent communication and documentation skills. Ability to collaborate across cross-functional teams (marketing, design, and technology). Detail-oriented with a passion for clean design, high performance, and seamless UX. Growth mindset with curiosity to learn new tools, frameworks, and best practices. Experience working in a marketing, growth, or digital operations team. Exposure to Webflow Enterprise or multi-language websites. Basic understanding of conversion rate optimization (CRO) and A / B testing tools. Familiarity with content analytics, heatmap tools (Hotjar, Clarity), or marketing attribution systems. - Design, build, and maintain the company's website using Webflow-ensuring responsiveness, accessibility, and high performance.
- Implement and maintain a scalable CMS and design system within Webflow aligned with Figma design components.
- Develop new landing pages, microsites, and campaign pages to support marketing and product launches.
- Debug issues, optimize load times, and ensure flawless cross-browser and cross-device performance.
