• 6+ years of relevant experience in VxRail and converged technologies
• Candidate has experience working with VxRail, VMware, Nutanix, NSX-T, and Hyper-V environments.
• Hands-on experience in VxBlock / vBlock / UCS / CISCO FiberConnect / Virtulization
• Able to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
• Demonstrates proficiency across hardware, software, and operating system environments.
• Shows strong technical aptitude and willingness to learn.
• Possesses solid knowledge of the technical aspects of hardware and software.
• Displays strong customer service skills in all interactions.
• Applies effective problem-solving abilities to resolve issues.
• Maintains good organizational skills to manage tasks efficiently.
• Participates in 24x7x365 shift coverage as required.
• Leads end-to-end service delivery to meet contract specifications and customer expectations.
• Builds and maintains strong client relationships while managing escalations.
• Coordinates with technical teams, tracks performance, and drives continuous improvement.
• Identifies opportunities for service enhancement and overall growth.
