About the Role

We’re looking for a hands-on SEO Manager / Consultant with a minimum of 3 years of experience to lead and execute SEO strategies for both our agency and client projects. This is an on-site role based in Kolkata, ideal for someone who takes ownership, delivers measurable results, and loves all things SEO.

What You’ll Do

• Plan and execute comprehensive on-page, off-page, and technical SEO strategies
• Conduct detailed keyword research and SEO audits
• Manage tools like Google Search Console, Google Analytics, and Ahrefs / Semrush
• Develop and optimize content strategies and blogs
• Handle Local SEO , including Google Business Profiles and citations
• Track and report SEO performance through monthly reports
• Collaborate with writers, designers, and marketing teammates

What We’re Looking For

✅ Minimum 3 years of proven SEO experience (agency experience preferred)

✅ Strong grasp of search algorithms, ranking factors, and best practices

✅ Excellent communication and reporting skills

✅ Ability to work independently, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines

✅ Proactive, detail-oriented, and results-driven attitude
