About the Role :
We&aposre hiring a junior Sales Ops to help us with the hard and valuable part of sales : cleaning, qualifying, and preparing the ground for targeted outreach.
You will :
- Data crunch on a database of investment funds : fill in missing info, clean data, track relevance
- Review and prioritise a database of investment funds : assess investment fit based on portfolio and recent activity
- Research decision-makers, infer interest / persona from public data
- Maintain CRM accuracy and prepare email campaigns with precision
- Keep our pipeline sharp, structured, and signal-rich
Who you are :
Fast learner and pattern spotter. You can identify common grounds amongst target customers, to segment and prioritise themDetail-obsessed. You notice inconsistencies in datasets and fix them before anyone asksProcess thinker. You optimize working with large dataset and can automate small steps when neededResearch-driven.
