Role Highlights
- Act as the link between international clients and our production teams.
- Manage inquiries, order execution, and ensure on-time delivery.
- Attend client meetings, trade shows, and travel to the U.S. when required.
- Handle export documentation, logistics, and pricing negotiations.
- Support sales & marketing with lead generation and business growth strategies.
- Build and maintain long-term customer relationships.
What We’re Looking For
✅ Valid U.S. Visa (B1 / B2 or equivalent) — mandatory .✅ Strong communication & customer service skills.✅ Experience in export merchandising, sales, or retail .✅ Basic knowledge of fashion, lifestyle trends & home décor .✅ Ability to manage multiple tasks and perform under deadlines.✅ Detail-oriented with knowledge of export documentation & compliance.✅ Tech-savvy : MS Excel, PowerPoint, and basic photo editing.✅ Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Fashion & Merchandising, or related.Nice to Have
