Role Overview
We are looking for a Hospital Administrator to handle the administrative, HR, and facility management functions of the hospital. This role is crucial in ensuring smooth operations, compliance, and an excellent patient experience.
Key Responsibilities
Manage hospital administration functions including front office, admissions, billing desk, and reception.
Handle HR-related activities : recruitment, induction, training, attendance, payroll coordination.
Maintain statutory compliance records, licenses, and documentation.
Oversee housekeeping, security, and general facility management.
Support Operations Manager and management team in day-to-day coordination.
Ensure smooth patient admission and discharge processes.
Handle grievance redressal for patients and staff.
Prepare daily / weekly MIS reports for management.
Qualifications & Skills
Bachelor’s degree in Hospital Administration, Healthcare Management, or related field.
3+ years of experience in hospital administration or front-office management.
Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Basic knowledge of HR, billing processes, and statutory compliances.
Ability to work under pressure and maintain service quality.
