TCS Hiring for Oracle HCM Fusion Techo Functional

Experience : 8 to 12 Years

Location : Hyderabad, Pune, Chennai, Bangalore, Delhi , Kolkatta

Lead end-to-end implementations of Oracle Fusion HCM Core HR.

Configure workforce structures, employment models, and workflows. Implement Redwood UI and build extensions / custom pages using VBCS.

Ensure compliance with Data Masking & Security standards.

Work on Fast Formulas, HCM Extracts, BIP Reports, HDL & HSDL. Support OTBI reports, testing (SIT / UAT), training, and post-go-live. Collaborate with business stakeholders and cross-functional teams.

Provide functional expertise and best practice recommendations.
