Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Salesperson located in Siliguri. The Salesperson will be responsible for identifying potential customers, pitching product offerings, building and maintaining client relationships, meeting sales targets, and addressing customer needs. The role includes preparing sales reports, conducting market research, and staying informed about industry trends and competitors. Team collaboration and participation in developing and implementing sales strategies will also be key responsibilities. owning a bike that will allow good coverage is imp. area knowledge/experience of selling in industry will be preferred.

Qualifications

• Proven ability in prospecting, client acquisition, and lead generation
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills for building and maintaining client relationships
• Skills in market research, data analysis, and strategic planning
• Experience in sales techniques, deal closure, and sales reporting
• Proficiency with CRM tools and familiarity with sales software/tools
• Strong organizational skills and ability to meet targets and deadlines
• Adaptability, problem-solving skills, and a proactive mindset
• Previous experience in industrial supplies sector is an advantage
• High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field is a plus
