Job Description :
We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Office Assistant to support our administrative and clerical tasks in the office. The ideal candidate should be well-organized, proactive, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
Key Responsibilities :
- Perform general office duties such as data entry, filing, and document management
- Handle incoming calls and emails, and direct them to appropriate departments
- Assist in scheduling meetings, preparing reports, and maintaining office supplies
- Coordinate with vendors and service providers
Requirements :
Proven experience as an Office Assistant or in a related administrative roleBasic computer skills (MS Word, Excel, Email, Internet)Good communication skills – verbal and writtenAbility to handle multiple tasks and prioritize work efficientlyImmediate Joiners Preferred
