Job Description :

  • HPE Aruba networking skill is must for the candidate.
  • Establishes and maintains network performance.
  • Builds network configurations for L2 / L3 connections.
  • Troubleshoots network between upstream to server connectivity
  • CryoEM HPE high performance systems
  • HPE Aruba networking
  • IP management
  • Establish / design network and system configuration and directing system installation.
  • Defines, documents, and enforces network standards.
  • Maximizes performance by troubleshooting network problems and outages and scheduling upgrades.
  • Update servers and network equipment.
  • Collaborates with network and server architects on network optimization.
  • Secures network system by establishing and enforcing policies and defining and monitoring access.
  • Network change, capacity management, and life cycle support.
  • Knowledge on Cisco ACI will be added advantage
  • Data Center Network Administration will be an added advantage
  • Network Design & Implementation
  • Data Center Network Management
  • Network Diagrams in Visio and PowerPoint
  • Design, configure, and maintain network infrastructure including routers, switches, and firewalls.
  • Monitor network performance and troubleshoot issues to ensure optimal operation.
  • Implement and manage network security protocols to protect company data.
  • Conduct regular system audits and ensure compliance with industry standards.
  • Collaborate with IT teams to integrate new technologies and improve existing systems.
  • Provide technical support and guidance to end-users regarding network-related issues.

Skills and Qualifications :

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • 4-12 years of experience in network administration or a similar role.
  • Strong knowledge of network protocols (TCP / IP, DNS, DHCP, etc.).
  • Experience with network monitoring tools and technologies (e.g., Wireshark, SolarWinds).
  • Proficient in configuring and troubleshooting network hardware (routers, switches, firewalls).
  • Certifications such as CCNA, CCNP, or CompTIA Network+ are highly desirable.
  • Familiarity with cloud networking and virtualization technologies is a plus.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure.
