Duties : -
1. Lead and direct the events management team to drive business and achieve revenue goals
2. Work closely with sales management team to drive and expand business
3. Engage with guests and always look for ways to enhance the service
4. Plan, implement and monitor events to make sure they run smoothly and efficiently
5. Collaborate with other department heads to deliver
6. Ensure the guests' hotel experience are of the highest standard
7. Create an exceptional experience for our guests

Must be a confident and tactful
Must be a friendly, helpful and trustworthy leader
Is self-driven, goal-oriented, able to challenge the status quo

Must be organized

Must be detail-focused and guest-oriented
Able to multi-task and willing in to put in additional time to get the work done
Has excellent selling and communication skills
Communicates and writes with fluency in English (as well as the local language)
