Job Summary :
We are seeking a highly organized and proactive individual to support day-to-day project activities and ensure smooth operations for PMO. This role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities :
Project documentation : Organizing documents, updating and maintaining project files in accordance to customer’s standards
Receiving process : Adhere and maintain receiving SOP per customer standards
Financial Assistance : Help with managing the project's budget and assist in tasks like tracking and reconciliation of expenses.
Time Tracking & Change orders : Track and maintain the timesheets, monitor scope creep and budgets, prepare Change orders as needed
Database management : Ensure MSP database is up to date with new deployments and renewals
Communication : Be proactive, ability to get ahead of the issues and maintain the SLA of 15 mins response for any requests coming in from the customer. Ability to present data to the customer with meaningful insights.
Qualifications & Skills
Bachelor's degree in business management or a related field is preferred.
7+ years of experience in a project manager role.
Must be proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and potentially other project management tools
Excellent organizational skills, strong attention to detail, and the ability to multitask are crucial.
Strong oral and written communication skills are essential for liaising with various parties.
Should be able to work in a fast-paced environment and remain calm under pressure.
The ability to identify problems and offer efficient solutions is preferred.
Well versed with backend operations.
