Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Marketing Manager at Autumn Food located in Bhubaneswar. The Sales Marketing Manager will be responsible for planning and executing sales and marketing strategies, managing marketing campaigns, conducting market research, and driving sales growth. The role involves coordinating with other departments to support sales objectives, identifying new market opportunities, and building relationships with clients. Daily tasks include overseeing the development and implementation of sales plans, evaluating sales performance, and providing training and support to the sales team.

Qualifications

• Experience in Sales and Marketing strategies and campaign management
• Skills in Market Research and identifying new market opportunities
• Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients
• Strong communication, leadership, and team management skills
• Ability to analyze sales data and make informed decisions
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration or related field
• Proficiency in relevant marketing tools and software
• Experience in the food industry is a plus
