About the Role

We’re looking for a tech-savvy and innovation-driven professional to join our team as an AI Process Automation Executive. In this role, you’ll identify, design, and deploy AI-powered automations across multiple business functions — including sales, marketing, HR, and operations.

You’ll work closely with cross-functional teams to transform manual processes into intelligent, automated workflows using tools such as CrewAI, LangChain, Flowise, Zapier, Make (Integromat), and n8n. Your goal will be to enhance efficiency, accuracy, and scalability without needing to code from scratch, by leveraging the latest no-code / low-code AI frameworks and agent orchestration platforms.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and analyze business processes that can be optimized or automated using AI agents and workflow tools.
• Design, prototype, and deploy automation workflows using CrewAI, LangChain, Flowise, or similar AI frameworks.
• Integrate and orchestrate APIs and data flows across platforms such as Zapier, Make (Integromat), and n8n.
• Build and connect AI agents for tasks like data extraction, automated email handling, content generation, and reporting.
• Develop and refine prompts, agent logic, and workflow structures to ensure context-driven execution.
• Automate communication and data synchronization between tools like ChatGPT, HubSpot, Notion, Google Workspace, and CRM platforms.
• Document, monitor, and continuously improve automations to enhance scalability, reliability, and performance.
• Research emerging AI tools and frameworks, experimenting with new technologies to drive innovation and competitive advantage.
