Sales & Lead Generation
Contact potential and existing customers via phone calls, emails, or messaging platforms.
Explain product / service features, benefits, and pricing to prospects.
Generate and qualify leads through cold calling and follow-up.
Maintain records of calls, inquiries, and customer interactions.
Meet or exceed daily / weekly / monthly sales targets.
Skills & Qualifications :
Education : Minimum High School / Diploma; Bachelor’s preferred.
Experience : 0–3 years in tele sales, marketing, or customer service.
Skills Required :
Excellent verbal communication and persuasion skills.
Active listening and problem-solving ability.
Basic computer and CRM software knowledge.
Goal-oriented and self-motivated.
Ability to handle rejection professionally.
