Process Associate- Home Loans

Role & responsibilities

• Accurately enter data and verify data related to customer and APF proposals with check list provided.
• Oversee the process of customer and builder APF proposals.
• Regular follow-up / clarification from Branch, sales team, DSA / connector.
• Coordinate legal and valuation processes with relevant vendors.
• Ensure all required legal and valuation documents are obtained and processed promptly.
• Address and resolve queries from customers, builders, and internal stakeholders efficiently.
• Provide daily / weekly and monthly MIS.
