Role Description
We’re looking for a Tech Lead who can drive end-to-end product development — from architecture and design to deployment and optimization.
You’ll lead a small, agile team building next-generation AI platforms using React, Python, and FastAPI , and integrate with cutting-edge LLM, computer vision, and automation systems .
You’ll play a pivotal role in shaping technical direction, reviewing code, enforcing quality standards, and mentoring developers — while staying hands-on with the codebase.

Key Responsibilities
Lead full-stack engineering efforts across multiple AI products (chatbots, vision systems, content generation platforms).Architect scalable systems using Python (FastAPI / Flask) and JavaScript (React / Node.js).Collaborate with AI engineers to integrate LLMs, APIs, and ML models into production systems.Drive DevOps practices – containerization, CI / CD, and cloud deployments on AWS / Azure .Mentor and guide junior developers , conducting code reviews and ensuring best practices.Work cross-functionally with product managers and designers to translate business goals into technical deliverables.Maintain code quality and system performance , ensuring reliability, scalability, and security.Contribute to the technical roadmap , identifying opportunities for optimization or innovation.Required Skills & Experience
5+ years of experience in software development with strong hands-on coding background.Expertise in JavaScript / TypeScript , React.js , and Node.js .Strong backend experience with Python (FastAPI or Flask) .Proven experience in building REST APIs, microservices, and scalable architectures .Solid understanding of database systems (PostgreSQL, MongoDB, or similar).Experience with Git, CI / CD pipelines , and modern development workflows.Strong understanding of system design and performance optimization .Good to Have
Familiarity with Java , Docker , and Kubernetes .Cloud experience with AWS or Azure .Exposure to DevOps pipelines , infrastructure-as-code , and monitoring tools .Experience working with AI / ML pipelines, LangChain, or vector databases (nice bonus).Experience leading teams or mentoring developers.What We Offer
