Job Title : Sales Caller with Marketing Research Experience

Timing : 7 pm to 4 am

Job Overview :

The Sales Caller will be responsible for outbound cold & warm calling, conducting market research, and closing sales over the phone . The ideal candidate should have experience in marketing research, excellent communication skills, and the ability to build and maintain customer relationships.

Key Responsibilities :

Conduct outbound calls to prospective leads and sales.
Research market trends, customer preferences, and industry developments to refine sales strategies.
Identify and qualify potential leads through targeted research and cold calling.
Maintain and update a database of potential leads and interactions.
Present and promote our company's services to potential leads effectively.
Follow up on leads and nurture relationships to convert prospects.
Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to optimize outreach strategies.
Gather feedback from customers and leads.
Meet or exceed weekly and monthly sales targets and KPIs.

Qualifications & Skills :

Proven experience as a Telesales Caller, Telemarketer, or similar sales role.

Background in marketing research, lead generation, or data collection.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to engage customers, handle objections, and close sales.

Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.

Excellent negotiation and persuasion skills.

Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.

Ability to multitask and manage time efficiently.

Experience in the US Market is a must.

Having own laptop and WIFI connection are mandatory
