About the Role :

Looking for a dynamic and customer-oriented Sales cum Counsellor to join an Aesthetic Institute. The role involves interacting with doctors and non-medical professionals who visit or inquire about our aesthetic training programs, understanding their requirements, and guiding them through the course details, admissions process, and payment formalities .

Key Responsibilities :

• Handle walk-in, phone, and online inquiries regarding the institute’s aesthetic courses.
• Counsel prospective students (doctors and non-doctors) about available programs, course structure, and benefits.
• Follow up on leads, maintain inquiry databases, and convert inquiries into admissions.
• Coordinate with the academic and marketing teams for smooth admission operations.
• Maintain excellent customer service standards and represent the institute professionally.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly admission and sales targets.
• Assist with organizing orientation sessions and promotional events when required.
