Regulatory Filings : Accurately file periodic compliance returns with IRDAI and GIC.
Data Validation : Validate all Health and Motor-related data from various departments before submission to ensure accuracy and consistency.
Regulatory Monitoring : Actively monitor and implement new IRDAI circulars and guidelines relevant to the Health and Motor sectors.
Audit & Governance : Maintain meticulous, audit-ready records.
Support internal and external audits and assist with Board presentations to uphold corporate governance standards.
Coordination & Resolution : Serve as the primary point of contact for IRDAI queries and effectively coordinate with internal, cross-functional teams to resolve Skills & Qualifications :
Experience : Minimum 5+ years in the insurance industry, with proven experience in Health and Motor regulatory compliance.
Education : Bachelor's Degree or a professional qualification in insurance.
A degree in Compliance, Corporate Law, or Governance is preferred, and an LL.B is a bonus.
Communication : Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, in English, Hindi, and at least one additional regional language.
Technical : Strong analytical and resolution skills.
Familiarity with AI-based compliance platforms is an added advantage
