Role Overview

The Senior Associate for the Responsible AI Office supports the development and market success of our responsible AI initiatives while building expertise in a rapidly growing field. You'll work across technical teams, business functions, and external stakeholders to ensure our AI offerings meet customer needs and regulatory requirements.

This role combines hands-on project work with strategic analysis, giving you exposure to product development, customer engagement, and industry standards development. You'll gain practical experience in responsible AI practices while supporting initiatives that have direct business impact.

Working at the intersection of AI technology, commercial strategy, and regulatory requirements, you'll contribute to how responsible AI capabilities are developed, positioned, and delivered to market. This position provides valuable experience across multiple business functions and clear pathways for career growth in product management, business development, or specialized AI governance roles.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and position responsible AI tools and frameworks

Support RFPs, customer presentations, and go-to-market strategies

Conduct market research and competitive analysis

Manage cross-functional RAI projects and operations

Engage with industry standards bodies (IEEE, ISO, NIST)

Track regulatory trends and support external engagements

Implement internal AI governance policies and training

Coordinate with Legal, Sales, and Product teams on compliance

Required Qualifications

Educational Background & Core Skills

Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Engineering, Business, Economics, or related field

3-4 years of experience in technology, consulting, business strategy, or related fields with demonstrated commercial impact

Strong analytical and research skills with ability to translate technical concepts into business value

Excellent written and verbal communication skills with experience creating customer-facing materials and presentations

Demonstrated interest in AI and technology commercialization through coursework, internships, or previous roles

Experience with business analysis, market research, or competitive intelligence

Preferred Qualifications

Specialized Skills

Advanced degree in relevant field (MBA, MS in related technical field)

Experience with data analysis tools and customer analytics platforms

Background in legal or regulatory research with business application focus

International business experience for global market development

Experience with content marketing, thought leadership, or industry conference participation

Grant writing or funding acquisition experience
