Our client, in the real estate sector is seeking a seasoned legal professional with a strong focus on litigation and a solid background in Real Estate law and fluency in Kannada . This role focuses on managing all disputes, working closely with external counsels in various courts and law firms, and providing strategic, creative legal solutions.

Key Responsibilities :

• Manage and oversee all litigation matters, providing strong leadership and strategic direction.
• Liaise and advise external consultants, counsels, and senior counsels on complex technical and legal issues.
• Handle disputes proactively and maintain high integrity in challenging legal situations.
• Build and lead an internal legal team post joining, as needed.
• Navigate the legal intricacies of the real estate industry with confidence and technical strength.
